Glacier 3000 is also easy to reach by plane. There are three major airports in Switzerland - Geneva, Basel and Zürich - as well regional airports in Bern and Sion. From these airports, it is only a few hours by car or train to get to Glacier 3000. Small planes can fly directly to the nearby airport in Saanen, which is close to Col du Pillon.
