After Glacier 3000 was taken over in 2005 by the real estate professional Marcel Bach from Gstaad, the Formula 1 Manager Bernie Ecclesone and the agricultural businessman Jean-Claude Mimran, one of the goals was to restructure, i.e., provide a new direction for the company.
Since October 2006, Gstaad 3000 AG has four new business areas:
• Operations
• Gastronomy
• Administration
• Marketing & Sales.
These directors together with the President of the Board of Directors, Marcel Bach, make up the Management Board. Marcel Bach is also the delegate of the Board of Directors and thereby represents the other two investors.
